• $5.00 fee will be assessed for each withdrawal, transfer or payment out of the account in excess of three during a calendar month
  
• Quarterly statements
  
• Interest is calculated by the daily balance method, which applies a daily periodic rate to balance in the account each day. Interest is compounded and credited to the account quarterly.
