TO HELP YOU GET READY FOR THE NEW FEATURES LAUNCHING APRIL 17, 2023

WE HAVE PREPARED A CHECKLIST FOR YOU:


checkmark list item ACTIVATE Your New MasterCard Debit Card

In April you will receive a new MasterCard debit card. Your new PIN will arrive in your mailbox 1-2 days after you receive your debit card. You can activate your new card and begin using it on April 17th.

checkmark list item SAVE Your Past Statements

Make sure to print or save any previous statements as they will not be available online after April 14th. 

checkmark list item RECORD Your Bill Payment Payees, Scheduled Payments & Transfers

Before April 12th, as a precaution, please make sure you print or write down all bill payment payees to verify they are converted correctly to the new system.

checkmark list item DISCONTINUE Your Old Debit Card

After April 16th destroy your old debit card.

checkmark list item UPDATE Your Recurring Payments Merchant Accounts

After April 17th update any accounts with your new MasterCard debit card number and information to ensure any recurring payments billed to your debit card are not interrupted or missed.

checkmark list item DOWNLOAD Your New Mobile Banking App 
On April 17th download the new mobile banking app and delete your existing app. Your new mobile app will be available in the Google Play store for Android users and the Apple Store for iPhone/iPad users. Log in using your existing mobile app username. Your password will be the last six digits of your SSN/Tax ID.

checkmark list item LOGIN To Your New Online Account & Mobile App 

Beginning April 17th primary users can use their existing mobile banking username to login to both platforms, the website and new app. Your first-time password will be the last six digits of your SSN/Tax ID. Primary users will need to set up secondary users after logging in.
